Please read and understand the following terms and conditions associated with using this website for your buying and selling endeavors. Any misuse or abuse of any kind will not be tolerated. There is no room for anything that is evil, explicit, sexual, harmful, pornographic, hideous, hateful, etc, on this website. If you feel you will be unable to comply with these rules feel free to find a different marketplace.
Terms and Conditions simply put:
1. No spamming customers or potential customers. There is a right way and a wrong way to do everything - try to do the right thing by having the customer "opt-in" to your emails or newsletters. If they choose to receive information from you, you can rest assured; they are interested in your product(s).
2. No porn or pornography of any kind will be tolerated. If it is put on this site the person(s) responsible will be permanently banned and reported. Permanently is a long time. Being reported will make your day a very bad day also. Just don't do it.
3. No questionable solicitations of any kind. The purchase and selling of inanimate goods and objects is acceptable so long as it is in good taste and worth selling. Think about it - if you're going to sell something - is it something YOU would buy yourself? If your answer is "no" then you probably shouldn't sell it.
The buying or selling of any live animals or exotics of any kind is strictly prohibited. The buying and selling of anything that used to be alive and is now dead is strictly prohibited.
No cadavers; no dead animals; nothing that used to be alive that is now dead. No exceptions. This includes plants and plant stuffs that may or may not be eaten or drugs or drug derivatives.
4. No breaking or bending the rules. This isn't rocket science. You know what's right and what's wrong. If you don't know - ask. There are no dumb questions in my book.
5. You must be 18 years or older to buy or sell on this site. Period. If you are not 18, you must be accompanied by an adult. Remember - this rule is for your protection as a young person. I am sure your parent or guardian will help you and supervise you if you ask.
6. Treat your customers right. Remember: It is a privilege to serve the public. Do not abuse that privilege. Follow the golden rule: "Do unto others as you would have others do unto you." You can't go wrong with that!
7. Do not abuse sellers. Just because something doesn't go exactly as planned is no reason to blow up and take your anger out on the seller. Find out what caused the problem and then keep calm and work it out. Be kind - not hateful.
8. Donations: We are avid supporters of underprivileged children in our country and around the world as well as abused and neglected animals of all kinds in our country and abroad. Each year we will donate a certain amount of our profits to reputable organizations that support these causes. Some of them are: Feed the Children, Father Flanagan’s Boys and Girls Town, Appalachian Project, World Vision, Humane Society, WWF (World Wildlife Fund), the Salvation Army and many more.
